It is also agreed that Sweet Magnolia Tours, Country Music Marathon, Inc., Elite Racing, Inc., and any and all of their agents and sponsors shall have no liability for any and all loss, damages, or injuries to the persons or property of its client or of the guest and customers of its client arising out of, or in connection with, any of the services arranged by Sweet Magnolia Tours, including but not exclusive to travel arrangements and reservations. Sweet Magnolia Tours’ client shall indemnify Sweet Magnolia Tours, Country Music Marathon, Inc., Elite Racing, Inc., and any and all of their agents and sponsors and hold them harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, causes of action, loss, damages or liability brought or alleged by any person, including all expenses and attorney’s fees incurred by Sweet Magnolia Tours in connection therewith.
