• Holiday Inn Express - (Formally Ramada Inn) Newly renovated hotel located just blocks from music festival venues. Outdoor pool. Free deluxe continental breakfast. Free parking.
• Nashville Sheraton Hotel - Upscale full-service hotel with restaurant and lounge. Located just blocks from music festival venues. Indoor pool. Parking fees - $13.00 per day for self-park and $15.00 per day for valet parking.
• Renaissance Hotel - Connected to the Convention Center, upscale, full-service hotel with restaurant and lounge. Indoor pool. Parking fees - $5.00 in & out per day and $18.00 per day for valet parking.

Seat Chart

Terms & Conditions: Single Occupancy is one adult occupying a room. Double Occupancy is two adults occupying one room. Triple Occupancy is three adults occupying one room with the existing bedding. Quad Occupancy is four adults occupying one room with existing bedding. Rolloways are not included & may be at an extra charge if available. Children 11 & under are free in all hotels. Youth 12 - 17 are free in most hotels. We accept Visa & Mastercard.

CONFIRMATION POLICY: In order to confirm this tour package, a signed copy of our contract along with a $100 Per Person NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be received at the time of booking. No inclusions will be booked until this deposit is received. Click here for a copy of our Fan Fair 2005 Contract.

FINAL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE ON OR BEFORE APRIL 1, 2005. TICKETS WILL BE RELEASED IF FINAL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THIS DATE. All hotel reservations are subject to change until final payment is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations between April 1 - May 9, 2005 will only receive a 50% refund of the Per Person Package Price. After May 8, 2005, no refunds will be issued.

LIABILITY CLAUSE: It is agreed that the liability of Sweet Magnolia Tours, Inc. to its client, arising out of or in connection with Sweet Magnolia Tours’ obligations and duties under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount not in excess of the fee actually received by Sweet Magnolia Tours. It is also agreed that Sweet Magnolia Tours shall have no liability for any and all loss, damages, or injuries to the persons or property of its client or of the guest and customers of its client arising out of, or in connection with, any of the services arranged by Sweet Magnolia Tours, including but not exclusive to travel arrangements and reservations. Sweet Magnolia Tours’ client shall indemnify Sweet Magnolia Tours and hold it harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, causes of action, loss, damages or liability brought or alleged by any person, including all expenses and attorney’s fees incurred by Sweet Magnolia Tours in connection therewith.
