CMA Music Festival Today is steeped in more than three decades of Fan Fair® tradition. Since Fan Fair was born in 1972, Country Music fans have poured into Nashville, TN, traveling from around the globe to see their favorite artists perform, to get that coveted autograph and to create lifelong memories.

Come Celebrate Music City with your Favorite Country Artists during CMA Music Festival 2012! CMA Music Festival is unique among music festivals. It is a four-day celebration of America's music that features artist/fan interaction, autograph signings, photo opportunities, more than 70 hours of concerts, family activities and much more. The main CMA Music Festival events are focused in three venues in downtown Nashville. Free shuttle buses run between the major sites:

Evening concerts are held at the LP Field, the NFL Titans' football stadium. Daytime concerts are on the Riverfront Park Stages with a terraced seating area (no chairs or shade) on the banks of the Cumberland River. The Exhibit Hall inside the air conditioned Nashville Convention Center adjacent to the Ryman Auditorium where you will find artist & fan club booths, merchandise, the Acoustic Stage and other fun things.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Single Occupancy is one adult occupying one room. Double Occupancy is two adults occupying one room. Triple Occupancy is three adults occupying one room. Quad Occupancy is four adults occupying one room. The Child's price is based on children staying in a room with adult(s). Rollaway Beds are not included and may be at an extra charge if available. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.

CHILD RATE EXCEPTION: At Gaylord Opryland Hotel the child rate only applies through age 10. Age 11 & up are at the adult rates.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

Deposit Requirements – A $250 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per person is required to confirm all reservations for CLUB, FLOOR & LOWER LEVEL SEATS. For GOLD CIRCLE SEATS, a $400.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per person is required. ***If using multiple credit cards, they must ALL be given at the time of booking. Be sure to have the credit card's security numbers as well as billing zip code. Only the individual making the reservation will be considered the "contact person" that will receive all correspondence. This will help ensure that all reservations operate smoothly.

Final Payment - Final payment is due on or before March 1, 2012. ***If you used a credit card(s) for your deposit, your credit card is not automatically charged for the final payment. EXCEPTION: IF YOU DO NOT SEND PACKAGE BALANCE BY DUE DATE, CALL WITH A CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT, OR GIVE NOTIFICATION TO CANCEL BY CANCELLATION DEADLINES AS OUTLINED IN ORIGINAL CONFIRMATION, YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED THE BALANCE DUE*** Reservations made after March 1, 2012 will require full payment by credit card at time of booking

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Cancellations between the time of booking and March 1, 2012 will forfeit the original deposit. Cancellations after March 1, 2012, no refunds issued.

LIABILITY CLAUSE: It is agreed that the liability of Sweet Magnolia Tours, Inc. to its client, arising out of or in connection with Sweet Magnolia Tours' obligations and duties under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount not in excess of the fee actually received by Sweet Magnolia Tours. It is also agreed that Sweet Magnolia Tours shall have no liability for any and all loss, damages, or injuries to the persons or property of its client or of the guest and customers of its client arising out of, or in connection with, any of the services arranged by Sweet Magnolia Tours, including but not exclusive to travel arrangements and reservations. Sweet Magnolia Tours' client shall indemnify Sweet Magnolia Tours and hold it harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, causes of action, loss, damages or liability brought or alleged by any person, including all expenses and attorney's fees incurred by Sweet Magnolia Tours in connection therewith.
